Kingfisher lodge Kichwamba is located in the Western part of Uganda overlooking the famous Queen Elizabeth National Park with a magnificent view of the Rwenzori Mountains, Lake George and Lake Edward as well as the beautiful Kazinga channel. Being 200m above the park on the edge of the escarpment, the climate is pleasant, cool in the nights but warm enough during day to enjoy our swimming pools.
The lodge has 25 bandas. The Family bandas have two bedrooms, two washrooms with showers and a sitting room. Each of the Family Unit is safely located away from the ridge with access to children’s swimming pool. 16 Bandas are overlooking the park. We have a variety of single, double, twin and triple rooms plus other facilities like the parking reception, craft shop, bar restaurant, seminar hall, and two endless swimming pools.
